Teyvat Kids! is a half for-profit for-charity Genshin Impact fanzine dedicated to the children of the game, both now and in the past.
This zine features approximatedly 100+pages of art, comics, letters and fics created by 50 contributors depicting the childhood of Genshin's characters.
Q) When is the leftover sale period?
A) Leftover sales for Teyvat Kids Zine are open from April 26th to May 24th.
Q) When can I expect to receive my order?
A) At the latest, our shipping mod will start shipping out leftovers once the leftover sale period ends. We will keep buyers updated via our Twitter page and will be available to answer questions via DM or email.
Q) Are you shipping worldwide?
A) Yes, we will be shipping worldwide. However, due to restrictions, currently we cannot ship to Russia and Belarus. While we are shipping to the UK and the rest of Europe, customers will be responsible for any added VAT/Customs fees. We will be shipping from Canada.
Q) Can I change my shipping information after preorders close?
A) Yes! Shipping information can be changed anytime before shipping commences. Please drop us a DM or email with your order number and shipping details. We'll also be sending out a last call for address changes before shipping starts.
Q) Will my order have a tracking number?
A) All the orders will be tracked, we will send you the tracking number once it's shipped.
Q) Will you be allowing group orders?
A) Yes! Group orders are possible for 3+ physical bundles. If you would like to host a group order, please reach out to us via DM or email!
Q) What charity will you donate to?
A) We plan to donate half our profits to The Trevor Project the largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth, they believe LGBTQ+ young people deserve a welcoming, loving world and they dedicate their time to making that a reality.

Refund and return policy
All sales for Teyvat Kids! are final!
We will not refund orders and we are not liable for any damages to your items made by the postal service.
All items will be double-checked before being shipped to ensure everything is correct and there's no damaged items included.
If your package returns to us we will notify you via email, if it returns due to an incorrect adress given by the buyer, it will not be reshipped or refunded unless you pay the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
